many thanks to the 2 beautiful ladies who flew the demo at the Sion Airshow in september. Not only were they very friendly, they also went and flew for the public under a pouring rain, showing a huge respect for the visitors, and deserving the admiration of all. I was flying in the big wingsuiting demo right after them, and I can thank them for opening the skies for us. Ladies, I love you.

@planeboy737 - incorrect. 4-ship has been around for a long time, there's even a Guinot 4-ship photo on their website. They just often appear as a pair, or sometimes two pairs in different shows.

I was there too - filthy day. Nevertheless they still put on a terrific show. Got to say I prefer the 2010 video better - this one's a little bit cheesy and doesn't have the same humour.

@planeboy737 Rubbish, they were a 4 ship when they were with Utterly Butterly. I can remember because I saw them myself at Newtownards and each plane was named differently on their wheel fairings. "Utterly", "Butterly", "Tasty" and "Yum"

how come the plane still flies if the ladies disturb the airflow to the wing? isn't the airframe design of the wing responsible for lift?

I think this team is awesome....but it seems many on here have a problem with the fact they are beautiful women.....whom also can perform vintage air stunts none of the people commenting on here would ever have the guts to do....including most men. If this team were men I doubt any of the nasty sexist comments on here would be discussed....all that would be said is....wow....they are amazing !!!

It's simply because smaller/lighter people are more suited for this. Women weighing 8 stone are less stress on the aircraft than men weighing a lot more. I believe this team has a weight limit of 14 stone. I've also been told that smaller people are more likely to cope with high G manoeuvres. I don't know if that is entirely true. I've done wingwalking (with this very team) and other high G aerobatics as can be seen on my KZbin channel. Going upside-down is the best bit!

The stunts would be easy enough with all them ropes and harnesses. Id be down to try if there were a service like that..WITH The old school planes that had 4 wings. Thataside, this was enjoyable.

This is so stupid. Wing walking isn't worth anybody's life. I seriously hope nothing happens to you & I'm sure many pray for your safety.........Unfortunately hoping & praying is a big waste of time & never helped anyone.' Find a hobby that allows you to make mistakes that won't take away your life.
