You missed the biggest difference of them all for Prokel: during PvP phase, Prokel will have 2 CC-immunities at random, you have to use a differenct CC-option to stun Prokel during the purple lines-mechanic or the exploding spear will 1 shot you.

You can also timestop the one shot if you happen to be on cd for the specific CC(although is one less timestop for you)
