Bren Tuning on my Panigale V4 overview

You will always get haters no matter what you do. I wasn’t sure what to go with before I got mine because everything out there has pros and cons. I bought my exhaust from a guy on a forum and he was using Bren so I decided to go that direction. Everything was straight forward other than my issues with the tune. But they did fix everything and I have yet to have any more problems. I also use mine more for track riding versus drag racing and it made a world or difference on the track and smoothing everything out. Well congratulations and I hope you get to enjoy it like I have.

Did you need a servo eliminator in addition to the Brentune? I just ordered the SC Project S1-GP exhaust for my V4S, and I'm about to get the Brentune as well. I just don't know if I need the servo eliminator too or not. I'm pretty sure I do.

No with Bren they can turn it off in the flash. You will let them know when you send them the factory file.

Did you need to remove the BBS fuse when you flashed? Trying to figure out where exactly that is...

On my year and model I did not have to mess with the BBS

Wouldn’t they need to know what kind of exhaust you put on in order to tune it

Yes after you purchase the flash they send you a questionnaire for what gas octane and exhaust you are running and a few other things to have your map built.

Did you have to get the ecu reflashed by Ducati? I’m having the same issues you had, and that’s what brentune is telling me. I’m just wording if this is a common issue with this company...

Sorry to hear that but no I had already taken it into the dealership to have any updates done before I did the install. The fix for mine was done by brentunning. I’m not sure what they did but it fixed everything.

@@fullomedia4171 I’m in the same boat but I’m beta testing on my streetfighter V4 with them. I went from upmap to them, generic error light came on and even when i put back on the upmap. I’m not super worried because it’s a real BS light. But i will say the 10 mins i had his tune running, what a night and day difference, just fix my light lol
