Brendan, thank you for being such an important part of my wellness journey… I was sick for many years, became a plant based runner and learned so much from you. Many years later, I moved away from my plant based lifestyle, began to get sick again, and now I am transitioning back with outstanding results so quickly. Letting go of disordered eating from competition in NPC bikini and embracing the plant based lifestyle. I returned to running, stopped drinking and am falling in love with the process. Thank you for all that you share🙏

I've been vegan for 7 years and find myself eating a lot of carbs. I'm experimenting with more protein in my diet and am using Vega Sport. So far so good!
