I watched this before going to the park for a tricking session today, and I improved so much more than I ever have! Thank you so much!

Thank you man. I’ve been really down discouraged and scared because I’m afraid of injuring myself and I’m looking at a friend of mine and I’m comparing myself to him and so I’m trying to rush my progress. But thank you man. I will stick to basics until I’m ready for the big stuff. At the moment I’m training my touchdown raiz.

I am currently learning corks. The first day I tried to learn them I landed two, and they are still the best two corks I have ever done. Since then, my corks have gotten worse, and I have developed a lot of fear towards them (it is almost certainly because I had a mild knee sprain after bailing out of one). I know for sure I can do them (as I have done them in the past), but my fear prevents me from full committing. Right now my goal is just to do three corks a day, and then slowly increase that number until I feel more comfortable. I have also been practicing cheat gainers and gainer flashes a lot to the point when I can do them standing without a j-step/pivot step.

My cork is good n i know i can land it even i do land it, but. I don't know y suddenly i got a mental block day before yesterday n even if i try to do cork i just swing my legs but i don't attempt it

I had a mental block for the cheat gainer for the longest time. I felt like I wouldn't make it around because I'm so used to back tucks. Eventually though, I started getting over the fear little by little by doing the on my trampoline and onto mats. This video reminded me that you shouldn't full send a new trick every time, you should do the build up steps first to make sure you won't get hurt doing the final produce. Great video my man, keep up the great work

I have a big barrier when it comes to swing gainers. I can swing to cork ex. Cork swing cork, btwist swing cork, and I have a rly strong gainer and swing, but I’m just so scared I’ll hit my head. I’ve tried to profess by using my hands to kind of back handspring but I get scared I’ll pop my shoulder out ( have a bad right shoulder) it rly sucks :/

I have a mental barrier with the back flip and it’s translating into all of my no hand skills. I’ve done the skills before, but it feels like the more battles I lose, the worse it gets. The Macaco isn’t even helping.

I had the same thing for a long time. The way I got backflip on trampoline and on grass was doing it into a foam pit. This really helped me get used to going backwards. Once covid is over, try to get a foam pit.

I have a huge mental barrier when I try to twist straight. Its not like I'm afraid but my legs just bend out of nowhere, does anyone have any conditioning i can do to fix my legs bending when I twist?
@mikoaj34434 жыл бұрын
You should just spam it on trampoline, it requires lots of drilling (trust the process)
