Well timed video cause I saw some people thinking we couldn't realistically extend Ernest Jones due to cap limitations and he would be just a 10 game rental. I have my criticisms of John Schneider, but he's not that incompetent or stupid to trade a 4th round pick for a 10 game rental. I have no doubt that we'll extend Ernest Jones and that was part of the calculation in trading for him.

Seattle has 9 million cap space this year if they don’t spend it it will roll over till next year! Cap rises every year & Seattle presently has lots of cap space in 2026! Our 1st round picks have a 5th year option! When evaluating cap space you have to evaluate 2 years not 1 because the cap rises every year! Tyler Lockett has 13 Million in dead cap releasing or trading him saves 17 million! Dre Mont Jones will most likely get extended next year because they added void years like they did with DK signaling both DK & Dremont are getting extended!
