If I picked top 10 villains, rating them based on voice, powers, personality and battle skills, I would have to say: 1. Ransik from Time Force, as he was a combination of brains and brawn. 2. Rita Repulsa from the Zordon Era, Once and Always, and the 2017 movie, (OG for sure). 3. Fury from Dino Charge, (your character Tyler's first major nemesis, if I recall correctly, Brennan). 4. Lord Zedd. 5. Tarrick the Void Knight, before he joins the Rangers as an ally. 6. Vrak from Megaforce and Super Megaforce. 7. Ecliptor from In Space. 8. Astronema/Karone, before she joins the Rangers as an ally, (and one of my favourite femme fatales from the series). 9. Madame Odious from Ninja Steel & Super Ninja Steel. And 10. Trakeena from Lost Galaxy.

I'm with you about Koda, man. He's definitely one of my favorites from your season - you and Davi being among those favorites, of course. As for Tommy, I mean, who could forget JDF, right? And Adam, holy smokes, the fact that he used his damaged morpher during In Space just shows how dedicated he was to help a friend in need. It was a risky move using it to morph again, but he pulled through in the end. Jen's a badass Pink Ranger, and somebody I would NOT wanna upset. Can't imagine anybody other than Erin Cahill in the role. And yeah, Wes was a really great Red Ranger. Him telling Eric that the two have a lot in common despite growing up differently... Man! That solidifies that he's willing to give it his all for the sake of his town. Also, Eric was originally supposed to die much like TimeFire in Timeranger (the Sentai that Time Force was based on), but I'm glad he survived. Billy, what a brain! And David Yost played the role so well! I'm so glad he got to help the Cosmic Fury team! So awesome to see him act as a mentor!

I stopped faithfully watching Power Rangers after season 2 when Jason, Trini and Zack left. I dabbled here and there in the 3rd season and even watched the movie but I wasn't vibing with the new cast and also by then I was entering High school and I no longer had the desire to follow the show. Rap music and WWF Attitude Era wrestling became my new obsession. Jason and Tommy were my favorites and I remember RUSHING HOME to find out the identity of the White Ranger. I lost my mind when it was Tommy. Good memories there.

Fun fact, in In Space's sentai counterpart, Megaranger, the silver ranger suit was a prototype for the Megaranger's suits. It also has a time limit of 25 seconds before they solved the problem.

Your list, while I personally wouldn't agree with most of it, was very relatable in the way you presented it, making it very fun to experience. Here's mine: 10. Ziggy (RPM Green) Ziggy is an anomaly for me in that while I felt his focus episodes were some of the weakest in RPM, he really shined as a supporting character. His dynamic with Dylan was great, and the antics he'd always find himself in were a ton of fun. And in terms of his Rangering, I liked how he was just a regular dude with no real special skills who became a Ranger on accident, yet managed to find his own way into becoming a hero. 9. RJ (Jungle Fury Purple) The dude is just a delight to watch. Not only was he the most unique mentor the franchise has ever had, but his constant laid back vibes and the fact that he was always doing something with his hands made him alot of fun. And tying into JF's' overall themes of insecurities and personal struggle, seeing that RJ had his own hangups that he needed to move passed made him feel very grounded despite his goofy attitude. 8. TJ (Turbo Red/Space Blue) First black leader of the Power Rangers~ As Andrew would sing. But in addition to that, TJ made a great leader in general. Always having a level head and being willing to give anyone their proper due. To the point that he's one of the few people to actually give Bulk and Skull a break in the episode that turned TJ into my favorite Red Ranger(sorry, Tyler!). 7. Eric (Quantum Time Force) Eric was a cool change of pace in terms of antagonistic extra Rangers at the time in that he wasn't evil, he was just kind of a selfish jerk. Despite that however, he still maintained heroism in his own way and helped those in need. And it's funny nowadays in hindsight, given who his actor is and how his dynamic with Wes is very similar to Dante and Vergil of DMC. 6. Rocky (Zeo Blue) I know that Rocky was also the second MMPR Red, but he'll always be Zeo Blue in my mind. That was when his character really came into his own and he was a part of some of my favorite episodes of the season. The arc where he had a bit of an identity crisis really stood out, as it was not only pretty powerful on its own, but it felt like the writers acknowledging that they could do more with Rocky. And they did. 5. Dustin(Ninja Storm Yellow) Dustin's' heart is always on display, and it's one of pure joy and kindness. I liked how Ninja Storm made it a point in how while it's something that others could take advantage of, it was also Dustin's' greatest strength; Being able to uplift and see the best in others. It also helped that he talked alot like how I used, and still do too an extent(saying "dude" probably too often, lol). 4. Joel (Lightspeed Rescue Green) Joel's' smile is absolutely infectious, okay? Whenever he was up to some mischief and that big ol' grin would spread across his face, it never failed to make me laugh or smile. Besides that, I love how down to earth he was, and props for being the only Green Ranger in the franchise so far to get a Battlizer. Even if he did have to share parts of it with Red and Blue. 3. Eddie (Hyper Force Blue) Andre's' comedic timing as Eddie is nearly unrivaled to be sure. Only bolstered by how he was able to totally match energies with whatever situation he was put in. Being able to rap battle with Pumpkin Rapper, defeating the Candycorn monster by throwing smoothie juice on it, the list goes on. But even more impressively, his character arc about how lonely he felt and his quest for kinship is one that, well, let's just say it hit a bit close to home. 2. Bridge (SPD Green) THE goofball Ranger as far as I'm concerned. There's never a dull moment with Bridge. He's always so likable, so funny, and he never misused his powers of empathy. Even better than that though was how, despite how quirky he was, he wasn't dumb. Sure, he was no genius, but he took his job seriously and performed his duties well. He just knew how to live life while doing it. 1. Zack (MMPR Black) Zack was my hero growing up. Growing up as a rather withdrawn child due to a bad upbringing, Zack was everything I wanted to be. Charismatic, kind, funny, and always there for his friends. He inspired me to eventually start putting myself out there and to meet people, which then lead to me forming incredibly strong bonds with most of my current circle of friends. While I am nowhere near the level that Zack is in terms of all of his positive qualities, learning to love myself was another part of the journey, and Zack is a character who will always remain close to my heart. Meeting Walter Jones at PMC 2024 is still so surreal to me, even now. And having met him, I can confidently say that Zack wouldn't be half the character he is without Walter's' charisma. No offense to any other Ranger actors, you're all great. But Zack is king to me, and I doubt that'll ever change.

Personally, I class the 6th ranger, as a term, rather than the actual sixth ranger, I'd say that the definition of a 6th ranger for the most part is someone outside of the team, becoming a ranger, so, whilst Miss Morgan was the 6th technically, Sir Ivan is that definition of a 6th ranger, another example could be Sam from SPD, or Trent from Dino Thunder, not the 6th, but fits the definition

My top 10* rangers (I’m not gonna have repeat seasons for these entries, so if there are multiple favorites in one season, I’ll list them as a tie): 10: Justin from Turbo. I know, it’s kinda controversial because Turbo is seen as “not as good,” and a lot of people don’t like the idea of a child being a ranger. While I agree that the whole “growing when morphed” is a little goofy, I don’t find it as weird as others. I was, like, 5 or 6 when I started watching Power Rangers, so the idea of someone who was a lot younger than other characters being this superhero kinda connected with me in a way. 9: Nick from Mystic Force. I know I’m kinda biased (as a fellow Nik😅), but he also had a lot of character development and a good style! 8: Scott from SPD. He also had great character development, but also had that kind spirit from the start. He may have broken the law before joining SPD, but it wasn’t for selfish reasons at all. He just wanted to help people, and even stepped down after the major villain was defeated, so he could go back to helping the less wealthy citizens. 8: Justin from Turbo. I know it’s kinda weird for these two to tie, but I like them for different reasons. Trent was a HUGE part of the season. He was directly connected with the villain, yet didn’t want to fight him. Rather, he wanted to try and fire his dad from Mesogog’s control. Also, I like how his dad didn’t WANT to be evil and wanted his son to help, but he couldn’t control his other self. Ethan, on the other hand, is not… AS big a part in the story (at least compared to Trent, Conner, and Tommy), but I like him because he was the first Ranger I remember seeing as a kid. I love his shield weapon, and his geek personality really connects with me as well!😄 6: Tie between Koda and Tyler from Dino Charge. Kinda obvious (with me commenting on this channel), but I honestly think Dino Charge was the best season in the Neo Saban era! The characters were ALL memorable (I would put them all at this rank, but I feel like that’s a bit too much of a cop-out😅). Tyler’s upbeat personality and charm is always great to see from a leader, and Koda’s a freaking POWERFUL CAVEMAN! THAT’S JUST AWESOME! 5: Wes and Eric from Time Force. These two have an amazing rivalry and both have great character arcs! I don’t have much else to say (other than Eric’s suit, gear, and zord are really cool). 4: Shane and Cam from Ninja Storm. First of all, Rest in Peace, Pua Magasiva. May the power protect you up there.❤️ Secondly, his character is honestly just an awesome guy! His first time using his battlizer still gives me chills to this day! The emotion he put into that transformation after losing someone he loved is just… **chef’s kiss.** As for Cam, I like how snarky he was, while having the brains to back it up!😁 3: Andros and Zhane from In Space. They both have amazing backstories and they were very stylish! That season in general is one of the best and saved the Power Rangers franchise! 2: Tommy from… a lot of seasons. …Do I even need to explain why? It’s FREAKING TOMMY! THE MASTER MORPHER WIELDING LEGEND! I’m so excited to see Legend of the White Dragon when it comes out (yes, I still believe that it’ll come out. Don’t fight me on this!). Rest in Peace, Jason David Frank. You will always be the most legendary Ranger to us. Also, the only reason he’s number 2 for me is because number 1 holds a very special place in my heart. 1: Ziggy from RPM. That’s right… ZIGGY! The Shadow Puppet Guru™️! The ex-mafia teleportation-master (eventually)! Ranger Operator Series Green! The man who became a ranger by COMPLETE ACCIDENT… is my favorite. Why? Because he is the closest example of what I would be like as a ranger! He’s confident a lot of the time. Talks about how cool he was in fights, or how he would solve certain problems in the best way possible… Then would hurt his foot trying to kick a barrel at a bad guy and hide behind something while his more capable friends did most of the work. However, he’d have certain moments when his kindness is shown through, and when he succeeds it’s some of the BEST MOMENTS in the show! He literally went against the mafia, stole thousands to millions of dollars worth of equipment… just to help out an orphanage full of sick children. Then, he didn’t tell anyone what he actually did because he didn’t want the ORPHANAGE TO GET IN TROUBLE WITH THE MAFIA! This man is basically Robin Hood if he forgot to add points in charisma! HE! IS! AWESOME!

I have to say, I'm not surprised you listed Koda. He's just a very likable, wholesome, honest character you'd have to be stone-hearted to not like, and watching the show I could just feel that you guys were buddies even off-camera. Side note: On the chance you personally read these comments (I know you're busy), I've actually been working on a book series and I like to "fantasy-cast" the characters. It's struck me that you'd actually make a good fit for one of the characters (won't say who because spoilers), and from what you say about Yoshi I think I could see a spot for him too. Not looking to recruit you, but as I'm writing it helps to have a model to work off of for some characters.

10.) Ziggy (rpm) the embodiment of I'm not meant to be here but I will be do my best and that's real. 9.) Jack (SPD) A honorable thief who becomes a true leader and earns the trust of his team. 8.) Carter (Lightspeed) one of the greatest Reds to ever do it 👏 courageous, strong, and humble. 7.) Xander (mystic force) is charmastic and shows traits of leadership. 6.) Flynn (Rpm) so much more than a simple Mechanic loved how he bounced off of Gemma wish he got more development 5.) Zach (mmpr) Walter johns is an amazing human being first and foremost. The fun and charm bleeds into his portrait of Zach. And the emotion he brought in once and always 😢 just powerful. 4.) Tori (ninja storm) loved how she acted as the Level headed balance with her goofball team. She was calm and intelligent character. 3.) Leo (lost galaxy) the emotional trauma this man had to carry while fighting evil was nuts. His brother presumably dies in front of him while passing him a power he wasn't even chosen for to him it crazy. But Leo gets up and leads. That real to me another one of the greatest Reds. 2.) Casey (jungle fury) people forget how important learning is. Casey is the embodiment of the student to master. His willingness to train to better himself for the sake of the team even after RJ put him in charge is so important. His parallels with Jared are executed with great writing. He will always be my favorite Red hands down bar none. 1.) RJ (jungle fury) my favorite mentor in all of power rangers. He teaches in miyarigi way in a sense of I'm not going to give you the answer but show you how to learn it. Even in his first lesson "Don't judge a book by its cover" he could have easily told Casey, Theo, and Lilly he was the person that they were looking for but he instead showed them the importance of things not always being what they appear in the real world. It's subtle but executed so well. His mentor role with Casey is frustratingly good.
