Risotto is a rice dish with arborio variety rice, it's thick and starchy and takes a long time to cook. The rice gets toasted in butter/oil and once it gets nice and crispy fried, stock and cheese are added a pinch and splash at a time until it binds up and then sometimes cream is added to finish, but always butter to finish. It ends up like a super tight rice porridge.

This was a great video, Carrah is right about it being sad to see people made into things they aren’t. They are a lovely couple and the food looked delicious. If I lived there I would definitely visit.😊 it was really nice to hear their side of things, and it’s definitely horrible to hear the amount of crap they got. They obviously work really hard.

You're in my area. Stop by oceans 234 and also flanagans. Myself, my husband and a couple of friends went to le bistro before we knew that it was on kitchen nightmares. The food was good, however, we were one of 2 tables there, and our food took over 45 mins. All of our entrees came out at different times, but we ate as it was served. They were also 86'd a lot of menu items, so we had to choose accordingly.. glad you covered this restaurant

Besides this video very clearly being edited to hold children’s attention span. I think it’s great I suggested they make another channel with this kinda content with editing more for adults.(if they don’t have that already I randomly stumbled upon this video and know nothing about the content creators themselves)It might not pull the kinda add rev this channel will but it’s definitely something I’d be interested in subscribing too. My favorite thing to do in that neighborhood years ago was snorkel at Boca inlet. I saw hammerheads sea turtles barracuda stingrays and gigantic eels.When the inlet bridge went up we'd get out of the car and jump in water. Run back around. Get in the car before it went down.

I got take away Thanksgiving dinner from them a few years ago. The restaurant had good reviews before Ramsay went there. It was not troubled like some featured on the show. For TV lots of things are edited and staged. They don’t have to be staged because the editing can make things look a certain way. Great video.
