Chattanooga local here! Exile (the third place you tried to go to) is one of the go-to night bars for the younger crowd. Super fun vibe to either sit outside and talk, but also outdoor dance floor vibe with electronic DJ sets pretty often! So funny that you said it was sketch bc that is a loved place in town 😂

She meant as in it needs to be cooled down and microwaved when someone orders it. Can't have meat sitting out for hours if one's ordering it lol. A lot of places do this... food gets cooked in big batches. Cooled down in 2 hours and then reheated when ordered. It's gross.

Fall off the bone bbq doesn't necessarily mean its high quality. Just means it was cooked for a long time. I prefer ribs with a nice texture to them.

@Jesus_Loves_you2499 I know he does. I have known Jesus since I was 4 years old. He is the only way I make it through this life! I am so grateful for his love and mercy. I am bedbound about 85% of the time due to several physical injuries and autoimmune issues. It is hard, isolating and often feels overwhelming and hopeless. Without him, there wouldn't be enough purpose to go on. I am so grateful that he has given me purpose even on my darkest days.

You have to ask for traditional, Texas or new Orleans style to get sweet tomato based. Any Carolina style will be vinegar based.

Coming from somebody that lives in Chattanooga, I can definitely recommend you many places, and spots to stop since “this seems to be the only sketchy place we found” you are no where near any of the sketchy places. Champys chicken in downtown had 6 shootings in one week. Bro just chose holes in the walls and called them sketchy.

I checked out the second restaurant and they have 4.5 stars but the negative ones all said the same thing about the food being cold and soggy.
