So often we're tempted to believe that if we just watch some youtube videos, make a couple calls, and go to a real estate meet-up, we're going to immediately become multi-millionaires with big rental portfolios, big social media platforms, and fly around everywhere in private jets. (Or maybe I should just speak for myself. 😆) ... But Wisdom says to go slow, take your time, watch others do it, learn the ropes, don't get ahead of yourself, and slowly become an expert in the business allowing everything to develop over time ... Thank you gentlemen for explaining how it REALLY is and offering so much encouragement to hang in there for the long haul - even if you don't make a million dollars on your first deal. 😉 Love you guys!

Incredible! You two are amazing. Because of you two my 2023 REI strategy is hyper focused on 12 months of building a wholesaling company. My 2024 strategy is to use my 2023 Company's profits to fund a fix and flip business. My 2025 Strategy is to create a third business that lets me buy assets and have passive cash flow. I have a 7 figure REI business map over the next 3 years thanks to this video.

you change my mindset i was looking wholesale has a pay my bill but know i want to create a system and try to flip then buy and hold and i really like the advice of Brent at 3:15 the first 12 moths of real state entrepreneur you should do nothing but wholesale so i learnd my market really well and understand why my cashbuyers are buying in this neiborhood thank jerry for all this informacion ⚽⚽⚽

Hey I just wanted to comment on your most recent video to see if I could get an answer. I have a realistic question. I have a property that's going under contract. But the seller has not sent me the area to put in my earnest money. And I need to cancel the contract? Should I pay the earnest money to the sellers still and then cancel? Or how would that work?
