Slow starts have largely improved so good to hear similar approach to finishing/time management. I'd love to hear specifics on the steps taken.

FFS this is getting old. We’ve got to have the mindset to win the game!? You yourself said in the post game presser that you were “playing to not lose the game.” How is that going? I still think he’d be such a great GM type head coach and face of our program if only he had competent and qualified coordinators around him. The fact that Marve and Bowen both are never available to face the noise makes all of his continued moral victory speeches all the more frustrating. I am tired of hearing “Proud of our guys.” “That was a tough game against a good football team.” “We made too many mistakes.” “We have to be better.” A rookie HC with two rookie coordinators had us doomed from the beginning. I don’t personally want to get rid of him as HC, but there’s no way in hell we try and run it back with the staff we have.

John was selfish and disrespectful and I will do everything I can to make sure neither he nor any other player does anything that reflects on our program like that again."

The situation with the marching band wasn't just disrespectful, it was dangerous, and let's be honest- there was no mistake. John was out there on purpose and given notice that was in the wrong- instead he continued on and put multiple others at risk and embarrassed himself and Virginia Tech. That's disgusting behavior- way past simply disrespectful. Unless there's real accountability for that, then I think that we can all assume that that IS who John Love is and that that is who Virginia Tech football is. I hope this isn't what the ACC stands for at the very least, but I truly don't know anymore.

this team loses alot next year and I honestly dont see drones coming back. If the fans want wins next season its going to take alot of NIL $$$$
