You are exactly right, the most important step is good skincare, remove all make-up, dirt and oils at end of day, fresh clean water to wake the skin in the morning then moisturiser and sunscreen before make-up, and your skin will look great. Everyone's face is a slightly different shape with different good/bad features...so its trial and error as to what works on your own face, pick up tips from influencers, use only what works on you, not because its The Trend.... and you'll always look great! ❤❤❤

Thanks for the tips on the eyes. I’m not the best at eyeshadow and the look was so effortless and not 20 steps like some eye looks can be that I’ve seen from others. I never use eyeshadow as eyeliner but I love that tip. The look came out beautifully. I love the bad girl bang mascara also it’s a fave of mine.

Get the Maybelline master contour palette if you like the Smashbox Halo palette because you get the same shades, but the highlight is divine in that one. Formulas are pretty much the same.

I’ve been trying to work out a simple no make up, make up, for last few years too. Heavy make up is ageing. I find brows are really important. I’m currently trying Tir Tir in the T Zone, just to remove redness. Then mascara. If I want to glam it I just add blush and lipstick. I love your content and totally relate to the simple things being the joys in life. Keep up the amazing work here on YT. Also your highlights reel was fabulous

I recently made a makeup purchase repleninshing my supply. The store clerk who helped me stated that my old eye shadow palettes were outdated. I told her I was still going to jse them anyway. I'm glad to see that you're also using an older palette in this video. It makes me feel validated. 😀 BTW, please be careful placing the makeup pumo so close to your skin. Bacteria is easily transfered from your face to the makeup bottle and it can cause acne breakouts. Suggsstion: use alcohol wipes to sanitize your bottle ti after each use. I hope this helps.👍
