They NEVER give him the sharpshooter as a finisher and it’s always crap . This is basically a combo of his tech and HOF card . Absolutely stupid .

Not sure where to rank him in strikers level ? Or just use him for trainer ability ?

Check out our Power Rating video on him. He's... okay as a fighter... but coaching ability is his huge get. If you have gear, you can run his power gems build post 99 MP (tri color) and it hits okay, but only about as hard as striker DDP and takes more (gear) to make it work.
