This is like all of the people at the Magic Castle saying "There's magic going on here!" Brett, you are creating it, it's not happening by accident! You are doing it on both sides of the camera, and so are others. You speak of the people you work with such affection, and then wonder why "magic" is being created. The secret ingredient is LOVE and it pours through the screen. We all were at a point in our lives when we had heard enough turmoil, and you creative, brilliant people gave us the love we ached to see. If you want to call that magic, be my guest, because it was. Maybe others will figure out that screaming and yelling at each other serves nobody but those who like chaos and hate. Train people to argue and they will argue, show them how to work together and they eventually will.
