@@BrettCenkus Brett, I have a question that you might want to address in later videos, I'm currently a shareholder in a public company that I believe will be acquired by a private equity group to privatize said company. I'm trying to find out what are they required to announce to us (shareholders) and at what stage of the acquisition process they'll make any announcement? I'm assuming I have to check SEC's rule S7-28-98?

Hi Brett! Just started watching your channel recently, great stuff. I am currently interning at an SBIC (small business investment corporation) private equity fund. Learning about the legal process has helped me get up to speed on deals. Thanks! I was wondering if you have dealt with SBICs in your line of work? Do you think you would have enough content to create a video on them? I figure you would see them a decent amount in the lower middle market and think they’re a really interesting sub-sect of the market.
