I am not one to feel like releasing pent up trauma…and I have done several somatic yoga classes online…but this one…you made me cry..and punch the air…and be mad at my energy for blocking me so long. I hit and punched and cried. Finally --I Thank God I stopped at this one. God bless you ❤

Oh! My! God! This was sooo wonderful! The more yoga I do (and I do a lot), the more interested I get in the somatic way to do yoga. To go deep into both body and mind and don't focus as much on how it should look. Instead focus on the feel!!! Love it!!!

Wow! That was an amazing somatic release. I was in tears after doing all the stomping and kicking. It's been such a struggle to release pent-up anger and frustration from my traumatic childhood. I will definitely come back to this one more often. When we did the kicking and punching I just started crying and I’m still crying- I’m trying to hold myself together but apparently I have been holding onto a lot and needed release. Thank you so much Brett ❤

Thank you thank you so much for every somatic video you created it I started today, and I'm planning on continuing to do it for me for my body for my feelings They say the stubborn places to lose weight are usually where trauma is. For me, it's the hips and thighs, and i noticed it after hard work Again i appreciate every work and energy you do for us love you❤❤.

Interesting!! I’ve been teaching and studying Somatic movement practices for many years but they don’t look anything like this. It’s more like dancing 💃🏻!! Perhaps call it something else, like emotional release with movement or something like that, so it’s not too confusing? Love you regardless ❤

Hi Brett, Thank you for this practice. I appreciate somatic yoga that gets me in touch with a lot of stuff that is festering and accumulating. Being able to let go without inhibitions is so revealing. I am grateful for all styles of yoga from all KZbin instructors, but some instructors focus more on being pretty and sexy, and you can see right through their approach. But to each, their own. We're all doing the best we can. Well, I wanted to tell you that for me, this is a lot more effective. Real and true.

Feel good!! ❤all these movements is more natural for body and high healing potential! ❤ I think this is what humans body needs nowdays. Classical yoga is outdated and does not perfectly suit the modern (wo)man
