I feel you're genuine, you're really considerate of beginners and viewers in general, really calm, taking it easy, explaining the moves, especially in a visual way is awesome, and the best and most important part is i can see you're enjoying it too. Mind giving me some advice on where to start? Maybe you have videos i could watch, sorry haven't yet looked at all your videos Im overweight and have issues like a bad lower back, and neck, oh heck all my joints are begging for mercy... bcz im so inactive, literally sit for hours at work, then sleep...ive pcos related issues too, depression, awful sleep. Im working on changes now. I've not exercised in ages either. So to start, i figured id take it easy and start with yoga, loosen up my body, get my blood flowing and heard going, build up strength and stamina and work from there... so how do you recommend i start? What kind of yoga should i focus on for now? What kind of weekly routine is best? Thank you again 🙏 ♥

I have had migraine, neck, and shoulders pain for a long time . I’ve done many things to get rid of them . After only 1 week doing yoga with her, I feel no pain without any meds!!! It’s very simple and easy but useful...love it. Also, I like her voice, very soft and calming. 👌👌👌👌👌

Thank you for this beginning video. You have helped me ease into a daily practice and I have since explored other yoga videos. This one remains a great, simple, and effective way of waking up the body as a stand-alone session or warmup to more. I also had surgery for an illness effecting my lower abdomen. Now recovered, I can finally enjoy being flat on my belly on the yoga mat again for the first time in years. The moment surprised me during the baby yoga pose and I burst into tears of joy and gratitude. Again, thank you.
