Unleash the Magic of Rhythm Guitar
Ready to unlock the secrets of rhythm guitar that hardly anyone talks about?
Curious how the pros can take the same old chord progression we all play but somehow make it sound so much better?
Or what if you are in a band with another guitarist?
How do you come up with unique parts that work together to make a typical song sound great?
Dive into Foundations of Rhythm | Nashville Sessions and discover why rhythm should be the cornerstone of your guitar journey.
Remember those iconic tracks that made you pick up a guitar in the first place? Whether it was the driving force of a rock anthem or the subtle groove of a classic hit, rhythm guitar was a huge part of those songs and what made that music unforgettable. To truly be great on guitar rhythm is everything!
What You’ll Learn:
The course is separated in two parts. First, we will kick it off by hammering down the essentials. Classic tried and true techniques that build the foundation of great rhythm playing. From muting and right-hand feel, exploring different time signatures, adding embellishments to common chords, how to use scales and triads to create hooks and catchy rhythm tracks, and much much more.
The second half is all about how create accompanying guitar parts like all the iconic two guitar player bands of the past. From Petty to The Stones, Judas Priest to Guns’n’ Roses, Pearl Jam to Metallica the art of the two guitar player bands is a topic that is rarely talked about in the guitar instruction world. That is about to change!
Meet the Masters
Nashville is definitely a two-guitar player town. Whether it is dual electrics or acoustic and electric, crafting guitar parts that work together is a massively in-demand skill!
To help us on our journey, I have brought in two of the most sought-after Nashville session guitarists. These will be your guides to make sure you have all the tools you need to make your rhythm playing top-notch!
Kenny Greenberg: Think of Kenny as the vibe king of the Nashville session scene. He’s a seasoned veteran who’s played with the biggest names in the business and knows exactly how to make a song shine. From acts as diverse as top 40 country to classic blues artists like Bonnie Raitt chances are if you listen to the radio you have heard Kenny’s legendary work! As an award-winning producer, A list session guitarist, and as a sideman to arguably the biggest country act in the world Kenny Chesney, he knows what it takes to elevate your playing to professional levels.
Justin Ostrander: A leading figure of the new generation of session musicians, Justin blends modern sounds with classic techniques and feel. His expertise in creating unique guitar parts has made him a popular choices for artists that dominate the airwaves. Justin is also a fantastic teacher that will inspire you to play and also help innovate your approach.
Just a Few of the Highlights:
Learn how to lock into the rhythm section so listeners don’t just hear your playing but feel it.
Jam and learn with full band tracks featuring top Nashville musicians.
Discover how to create memorable guitar parts and hooks with ease.
Access comprehensive tabs, chord charts, and song progressions.
Learn from real pros at the top of the session Nashville scene. The biggest bands in the world hire these guys for a reason.
Craft your own guitar styles with customizable jam tracks.
Who's This For?
Late-beginner through late-intermediate guitarists looking to make their playing sound more like a pro.
Advanced guitarists who have the "skills" but want more creativity with their playing
Aspiring Solo Guitarists: Even if you are the only guitar player, learn how to hold down the fort and keep your parts interesting.
Band Enthusiasts: If you aspire to play in a band, the rhythm techniques in this course are a must. Learn to lock in with the drummer, add ear candy with cool effects, and listen to the other musicians in the band so you not only have a killer pocket but also create parts to keep the listener engaged.
Songwriters: Learn the skills to take a simple chord progression and turn it into a radio-ready song, how to properly build a song's energy from start to finish, and how to craft hook-laden guitar parts that get stuck in people's heads.
Whether you aim to join an awesome cover band, create original music, or simply enhance your guitar skills at home, Foundations of Rhythm | Nashville Sessions is designed to get you there. With hands-on lessons from seasoned professionals and the enthusiasm to match your passion, this course promises to be an experience like no other.

@@BrettPapa Dude you are a killer rhythm player , God sent to me ! I’ve always struggled with knowing where I am in the Measure or how many bars I played .. or when there is like 4 bars of palm muting in eighth notes , i’m not sure what bar I’m on .example when you were playing that rhythm at 14:52 had a hard time playing along with you counting eighthNotes with the open strings. definitely going to get ur course!

Bro check it out to the singular sound beatbuddy drummer pedal , I really like it and it's the only pedal I kept since years ago. it's a drum pedal , you can do variations and transitions with your foot ...it's bloody great when you have to play alone and probably it is for some live solo sessions and for buskers f***** great pedal to have
