I think you should have included the history of people from India who migrated and brought their beautiful dances with them. The Middle East, Mediterranean, Turkey, and Egypt all shared this influence.

This was a beautiful presentation....A really nice overview... Actually within all the Folkloric dances too there is a fascinating and in depth history too. Saidi Dance for example, where we bellydancers believe it to be a "traditional" thing was a "created" dance form and has evolved on the stage to include women for theatrical purposes etc. Dance/ History/ all a very big story.... Endless discussion. I love Amar! Shes super talented, experienced, and passionate about dance! Bravo on this wonderful Project!
