The only part I really wanted to see was the blender actually blending but you sped it up.

3:49 can u clean under that rubber probably has gunk under it and how do u clean underneath the blade for food particles stuck?

The only cleaning you need to do is put hot soap and water in the container and then turn it on high. Cleans everything up.

I had same problem. They should provide a one piece lid with gasket built in.

Does it grind up berry seeds/chia seeds in the smoothie? I have a ninja and I feel like I'm just chewing seeds with every sip.

It does a pretty decent job, but one with a stronger motor would do an even better job.

Can the rubber ring from the lid be removed? I've noticed that in some lids, food can get stuck within the crevices of the lid! Thanks a lot for your review, excited to get this!

The lid is all one piece, so I don't believe so. Hope that helps!

It is the gasket around the lid that is the problem because it gets rot under it. It can be removed for cleaning every time but this is a lot of trouble. Don’t buy this blender!!!

I also have a Vitamix & Magic Bullet. Vitamix is big, works well and never fails, but the Magic Bullet blends terribly and burned out, I'm getting this blender next week.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. When you make a green smoothie (or any smoothie really) does it become frothy? I hate it when blenders incorporate too much air into the smoothie and it makes the smoothie taste airy and frothy. I want to get this blender but its pretty expensive so if you can give me any feedback on this it will be much appreciated :)

Hey Niv, yes, generally the smoothies will become frothy. If you want to get rid of that effect, you'd have to invest in a vacuum blender :)

Hi Judith - it will blend cashews and other nuts pretty well, but not as smooth as some more powerful blenders out there.

I never tried blending fruit without water, but I imagine it would!! It is very powerful. I am not sure about meat - try contacting Breville and ask them. I do not consume meat, so I did not try this out.

Broccoli can be eaten raw (in different raw salads), but potatoes and rice cannot be eaten raw (wild rice can be soaked for 24 hours and then eaten raw, but that is the only exception).
