Two things, he was expecting the knuckle curve, not the fastball. And if you watched the game you would notice that our closer threw the last pitch earlier in the pitch count than he had the previous three pitches to throw off the batter's timing. Just a great psychological last pitch!

That was a tough loss especially with Verlander pitching but it's hard to feel bad about this after coming off a 6 game win streak. The Astros have been looking a lot better and just need some better hitting with runners on. Good game Milwaukee
