No dish soap. Use eiter PBW (powdered bar wash) of Oxy clean free for cleaning. Use starsan or saniclean for sanitizer.

After bottle conditioning, you should refrigorate for a few days. Also best to serve bottle conditioned berr in a glass, pour gentle.

All that effort to put in a bottle and Spike is expensive for what you get. Look into SS Brewtech, much better quality, support, and overall better company .... Should have got a pressurized fermenter to ferment, carbonate, and serve from a single vessel. I would ditch the that all together and ferment in a pressurized 6gal keg in a controlled temp fridge.. Less steps, easier cleanup, zero oxidation, and better taste.
