I think we all owe this guy a big thank you. While other classic youtubers are dropping off left and right, Brewstew continues to have a somewhat regular uploading schedule. I have been in three remarkably similar situations so far and I am seventeen. You are kind of lucky this is your first time, but I have to say it's kind of fun to talk about afterward. PS use a shovel its the best tool for the job, you can use it to scrape an area of leaves and grass so the fire does not spread, smash the fire out(it usually pops back up after a few seconds so watch out), and you can bury the fire(only works if the ground is soft).
