Well, ok, I admit it. The first part a and b isn't filled with action, or much suspense, but everything needs to start some where! It's what leads up to the action...you need to understand the story before Bella becomes COLD and DARK. (Which is the change she talks about at the beginning) So in this part, Bella is young; maybe 11/12 or so.
