This palette is sooooo aesthetically pleasing! I love the packaging of the Norvina palettes. I can prob dube these shades easily and I know the coral and oranges are different but why do so many similar ones in one row. I saw the Surge swatches & Norvina vol. 6 side by side. So many colours look the same when side by side. I do feel they borrowed the idea from Blend Bunny a bit. But there is nothing wrong with that. I would have preferred shimmers to glitters but glitter is so in now. And I do love glitter. This palette remains stunning and alluring YES! And now I feel I might want to get it after seeing your look 🙈

I’ve been tempted to try one of these palettes for awhile, mostly Vol. 5 because I’m a big purple lover & I’ve heard it’s so good quality wise. I love the packaging on this, it’s pretty cool & this is nice color story, just don’t know if it’s something I need now. I think the look you created is beautiful. I havent tried the blend bunny blends palette so im unsure how the formula compares but I'd say its similar to the BPerfect Carnival palettes. Texture wise the mattes arent as dry as those. I havent tried the deeper shades into the pastels yet though so I cant vouch for those!

I was so excited to see this palette! That look is FIRE!! 🔥 🌈 Packaging is very 2014 Tumblr but in the best way possible - gimme all that holo cosmic goodness. Is the formula the same kind that is in volume... um... uh, the purple one? I find that one acts more like eyeshadow. How similar are the shades C2 and C4 in person? I am not fan of pressed glitters in palettes but that one is STUNNING. Please do another video using the other glitters and the smokey shades 🙏

Aw thank you!!!! I would say its more similar to Vol 5 yes! Its kind of inbetween that one and the first 1-3! It acts more like eyeshadow though unlike the first three since those act more like pressed pigments. I havent used all the shades though yet! In person C2 is more blue-ish, and C4 is more of a true lavender. C2 is a periwinkle! C4 is also lighter in color. They dont look similar in person!

I would definitely like to see you use that bottom row those deeper darker colors. I’m also wondering are they calling all these press pigments even though more of them act like eyeshadows because some of the colors have to be considered a press pigment in order to get by I was selling them?

I think they technically say pressed pigment because they have dyes that cause staining and whatnot. Not that you can't use them around the eye its just an FDA legal requirement. Just depends what you're comfy with!

I love the matte white thats in the JS Cremated palette. Its also crazy bright white. I live for the bright white matte lid. I almost always use a matte bright white or a very light pinkish skintoned color. Mattes look so much better on the lid as u age... I wear a smokey, slate grey eye with the white lid all the time :D

Dont worry about it! Ask as much as you want :) I dont mind! I'd recommend Morphe, Colourpop, Profusion, and ELF. They all run really good sales on their websites from time to time if you sign up for the email alerts! BH Cosmetics has some nice brushes too but with them going bankrupt Im unsure if they're available anymore or not.

@Breyonna Faye I love them SO much. My gosh. I am so so picky and the formula just works for me. I used B4 today out of vol 3.. I love it so much. That was my crease and I used a peridot multichrome on the lid. Ughhh didn't take a pic and it came out SO pretty.

It’d be a bit more pastel than those! You’re probably lacking the oranges and pressed glitters but have a good amount similar.

Depends what you’re looking for! I personally haven’t used jawbreaker in a very long time. If you’re ok with a mostly matte palette this one is lovely. If you want a more affordable option I would recommend beauty bay 💕

After this went up I received surge. Tbh they really aren’t that similar in person. I think it’s because they have the Smokey row and neon row that make them look that way. But next to each other they are maybe 35% similar!

I love Colourpop pressed glitter and I gotta say their glitters in their 12 pan palettes is different from the 9 pan ones cuz they’re much smaller not chunky glitters and I could even remove the glitters with normal makeup wipes very impressive 😌💕

Me too! I have some in larger palettes that are chunky! I usually remove mine with some eye makeup remover liquid on a cotton round or like you and do a makeup wipe! The rest of the face I go in with a cleansing balm!

Its a disclaimer they legally have to put since some of the dyes can cause irritation and staining to the skin for some people. Doesn't mean you /cant/ its just a legal thing they have to include. Most bright palettes have that disclaimer if they have a vegan formula!

Any suggestions on good eyeliners? Ones that are easy to put on. My second question, is, a few year ago I was getting my eye brows waxed and she burned me in some places and one of those places was on my right eye brow. Half is gone. If I’m honest I never experience staining with any of my looks! I didn’t get staining with this look at all. I removed it with a little micellar water on a cotton round to get the glitter off and then went in with my Banila Co cleansing balm and just a random gel cleanser after!

"Pressed pigment" is just a marketing term to get around calling eyeshadows with non-eye area approved pigments eyeshadows. All eyeshadows are pressed pigments, but when companies use non-approved pigments, they can't call it an eyeshadow because it's not approved for the eye area. Otherwise there is no difference.

@@BreyonnaFaye It's amazon the costs these days. The funny thing is that at 1 store something might be $20 and at another store, it could be $10. I really like how you take the time to discuss everything you do step by step and with each color. For me right now is trying to find the right foundation that doesn't cover like it's supposed to and it comes out like splited which I know isn't a word but I don't know how else to explain it, & the brushes. I have a ton of them but not sure if I have the right brushes for doing amazing shadows like you and other people of their videos I've watched. I only maybe know 1 which is like the oval for blending or the one you use before the blending.
