If your vehicle height is low it is not due to shock absorber it is due spring height or weak spring or lost spring tension don’t ask dealer to replace any component as customer, you mention complaint in the Job card “Rear LH Side Ride height is low compare to Rear RH Side” & ask them to fix l am working in Kuwait Ford dealer as Technical incharge I Really like your videos I am fan of Jimmy

I work in Ford Dealer so when you open a job card in dealer tel your complaint don’t tell them to Replace directly any part they will no do it Example customer complaint “ Tyre vibration at 80 speed” which is not correct complaint Customer must complaint “ I feel vibration at 80 speed in steering or on floor or all body vibrates” Dealer job is to find root of the cause Example there are many reasons for this vibration 1. Axle bent 2. Tyre out of balance 3. Propeller shat out balance 4.engine Main pulley out of balance Many more…. Always complain your concern don’t suggest them what to do Then you can fight with them that you have not solved my problem. Next time when you go tell them “My vehicle is kneeling more on the Rear left side” let them write this complaint on the Job card Let them Fix it, let them find the solution, if they return your vehicle with same complaint don’t accept. Then you can make complaint to direct Maruti
