I haven’t followed Bri Babineaux’s entire career, but I’ve seen the video that went viral and heard a few other songs of hers and she is AWESOME. This video was such a blessing for me because I grew up going to church here and there, but I didn’t grow up IN the church. So I had to find a church home on my own in my early 20s. And when I did it was wonderful, but the next step was finding my calling within our ministry. And when my pastor found out I could sing, she would call me up out of nowhere. And I was petrified. I am also an introvert that is very shy. And I know that this is what God is calling me to do, but I couldn’t shake the fear. So just hearing her story was inspirational for me. Although I may not feel ready, and I may mess up a few times, I can get to a point when I’ll do it effortlessly. But I just need to be willing to allow God to use me. So thank you. Definitely was blessed by this episode.

So many young ppl needs to hear her testimony. I was also apart of the church myself, left at 13 and got pregnant at 16. The church made me believe that The Most High stopped loving me because I got pregnant and had my child. Let me remind you that this is the same church that told ppl that abortion was wrong and went against the word of God. It took me years to reestablish my relationship with The Most High again. HE came to me in a dream one night and reminded me that HE loved me and that HE never left my side. I have never slept so peacefully like I did that night and I could feel the tears running from my eyes as I dreamed. Let me tell you ppl NO ONE and I mean NO ONE can tell you what The Most High feels, thinks, what HE will do etc . I MEAN NO ONE. I wished I had heard testimony like this back then it would have helped me and gave me the additional strength to know that HE was going to be with me no matter what.
