My testimony: I’ve been mentally abused my mom . She gave me up for adoption & I allowed her back into my life at only 13 all for her to still cause me a diagnostic of acute anxiety . I turned my life to drugs & alcohol at only 16 & cost almost my education, friends , family & even was taken out of school activities I loved . Somehow I still graduated top of my class . But somehow it wasn’t enough . Feeling like I let my adoptive mother down .. I had my first son at 19 got pregnant again & had another 3 months ago . Got back into drinking & smoking & facing homelessness. But I let go of bad habits . I’ve wanted to end my life but didn’t because I have two babies looking up to me . One night i dreamed my soul left my body & ive been changed since . I realized I was going through spiritual war . I realized God had greater plans for me & I was letting the devil blind me . Here I am now writing a book & prospering in life . Moral is don’t let go . Keep moving & keep praying

Thank you for this Bri! I left you a comment a while back i dont know if you read it but i was the guy that had massive brain surgury 2 years ago i popped a vein in my brain while working out. AVM rupture. 3 drs told my family to say "goodbye" to me so mom jumps on facebook asking for prayer and im here only because of HIM. I came out paralized on the left side of my body but am now completely mobile after theropy. I still am partially blind. The upper left quadrants on both of my eyes are blind. And so ive been struggling with depression because everybody is telling me God performed a miricle in me but im like i know God is a God of completion why would he leave me like this?. Anyway i didnt mean for this vomment to be so long i just really wanted to say that you ministry has touched me and inspired me to keep going when i feel like giving up. About the Author Pastor Richard Wurmbrand (1909-2001) was an evangelical minister who endured fourteen years of Communist imprisonment and torture in his homeland of Romania. Few names are better known in Romania, where he is one of the most widely recognized Christian leaders, authors, educators. In 1945, when the Communists seized Romania and attempted to control the churches for there purposes, Richard Wurbrand immediately began an effective, vigorous "underground" ministry to his enslaved people as well as invading Russian soldiers. He was arrested in 1948, along with his wife, Sabina. His wife was a slave-laborer for three years on the Danube Canal. Richard Wurmbrand spent three years in solitary confinement , seeing no but his Communist torturers. He was then transferred to a group cell, where the torture continued for five more years. Due to his international stature as a Christian leader, diplomats of foreign embassies asked the Communist government about his safety and were informed that he had fled Romania. Secret police, posing as released fellow-prisoners, told his wife of attending his burial in the prison cemetery. His family in Romania and his friends abroad were told to forget him because he was dead. After eight-and=half years in prison, he was released and immediately resumed his work with the Underground Church. A couple years later, in 1959, he was re-arrested and sentenced to twenty-five years in prison. Mr, Wurmbrand was released in a general amnesty in 1964, and again continued his underground ministry. Realizing the great danger of a third imprisonment, Christians in Norway negotiated with the Communist authorities for his release from Romania. The Communist government had begun"selling" their political prisoners, the "going price" was $1900; there price for Wurmbrand was $10,000.
