when did you buy it? I got mine in October 2023, I think there's an issue with some. I have one too and the tone is TERRIBLE, I think there's something wrong with the pre-amp. I'm sending it back to Ibanez on a warranty claim

@@LeeCaterson I also got it in the same period, I had been keeping an eye on it for months and I took advantage of an excellent offer from one of my trusted stores; unfortunately it turned out to be inadequate for me, especially for the timbre as in this video which I was unable to reproduce; I opened the passive tone control located in the control cavity completely, but it didn't help. I finally decided to sell it, I'll get a Lakland or a Sadowsky
