I've watched so many videos about this but they never say why the crashed. If it was electronic failure, or what but I'm a commercial fisherman and you gotta be better than your electronics I dont see how world class sailors just run up on a reef I think its complacency and laziness by relying on computers do they even know what a sextant or parallel rulers are other than the navigator.

Navigator forgot to zoom in, so the vector chart showed nothing dangerous.
