That’s why they brought in Schoen and Daboll. To ACTUALLY rebuild the team. This team almost never does a full scale rebuild. 2021 was Mara looking in the mirror, acquiescing, and hiring from outside the organization. They get two years. Draft a QB and develop him. Sign a competent bridge in Fields or Darnold. More wins next season and playoffs the year after.
