I also love how he hasn't been 'accepted' fully by mainstream radio and the new generation who seems to confusingly love artists like Lewis Capaldi's work but have overlooked Brians superior song writing and compositions' , Just because he isn't a 'Instagram star' . Always keep it original Brian, its really appreciated in this modern era of false perception on social media.

It’s so easy to fall in love. It’s not hard to get lost down this river. I miss you most in the morning We used to talk over coffee But now I’m gonna have to find another friend When it’s over we do the leaving we do crying we do the healing. And they say 21 days ‘till I don’t miss you. It’s so nice in the night I would breathe you in. You would lie and say, “my friend, I’m just waiting on the rapture trying to minimise the damage and hoping to keep my idle hands occupied” When it’s over we do the leaving we do the crying we do the healing. They say 21 days ‘till I don’t miss you. Call it breaking the habit. Call it falling out of love. Call it breaking the habit, One day at a time. When it’s over we do the leaving we do the crying we do the healing. And they say 21 days ‘till I don’t miss you. (21 day ‘till I don’t miss you) Call it breaking the habit (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) One day at a time. (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) Call it breaking the habit (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) One day, this time. (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) Call it being transformed (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) And out of your mind (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you) Call it breaking the habit (21 days ‘till I don’t miss you)

Story time, at the gaslight anthem show, young traveling groupie from the garden state tells me and my other... with respect, you have to be the oldest gaslight anthem fans I've ever seen. Knowing why and what you like in a band is essential. The band rose up in old school tradition, very organic. They have what it takes. With age comes wisdom. May be contagious.

Brian songs rarely dissapoint, and this one is no exception. I like the electronic sounds on this as well, definitely something new for him. The production is, for the most part, great, but maybe his voice is produced too cleanly on the higher register stuff? I love his cracking/straining vocal delivery on past songs, and, admit, I was waiting for it here, but it didn't happen. Hits that much harder for me, personally. Who knows, though, maybe he was working to really nail those higher parts cleanly. Can't wait to see this stuff live. Can't wait for the album. Big love to BF.
