Hope you’re OK out there and working on the acceptance and courage thing - the Serenity Prayer (previous post) which I find to be so powerful.
Some of you asked for this tune - Last Horizon - and this time - for the first time - up very close and with no backing ... hope it tickles your fancy.
OK !! Ready for another week’s bad news ?!! Let’s just accept for now.
I still feel anger at the timid and slow way the pandemic has been handled - but anger gets me nowhere. We just have to smile and live another day to the full. We can’t be just postponing living till the CoronaVirus has gone. Postponing the OLD way of living - YES !!

What a privilege these *FREE* videos are! I would have given anything for these musical moments with a childhood hero of mine, back when Queen was still active and touring. Now I can, years later, thanks to his generous and genuine character, while being himself - as all of us are - locked in at home for a while. Feeling greatly appreciative. Two musicians who played guitar and sung today. One drummer giving a drum tutorial of sorts, a guitarist playing some great music, one live feed walk through of an aquarium, and finally one quiet walk through also live streamed of a Zoo. All very satisfying and amazing. Thank all of you for what you're accomplishing during this time.

@@rickyprice7586 Roger Taylor of course. It's on his official Instagram. He was "caught" a couple days ago messing around on the drums by his wife. Then the next day he did snares. Today was the hi-hat cymbals. And the first two guitarist who sang one was Neil Diamond, the other was Jon Bon Jovi.

@@helenlucas5274 I love both versions of Headlong. I just love the energy and it always brings a smile to my face. I used to walk on my lunch break at work and I had a cassette tape (should tell you how long ago that was) and I would walk and try to keep up with the music. It was a real work out for me. Brian May, you are the reason I finally picked up the guitar albeit later in life, but I have watched you since 1975, I always wanted to play guitar as a young boy but I was too impatient. I love playing now, and as a player, rather than just a fan I have even more appreciation of the talent that you have. What I love about your interviews is your candour and humility, I don't think you even know what a legend you really are. You wrote the soundtrack of my life

When I listened to "Last horizon" at the Warsaw concert in 1998, I felt bliss and my dreams come true. My mother loved Queen, after this concert I told her that it was this composition that caused special "shivers" on the body. Soon after, my mother died of cancer at the age of 46. When I think about her, I also think about this wonderful composition. Thank you Brian for being here. Thank you for being a great, modest guy, and for all your amazing work. After this difficult pandemic, I hope you will visit Poland again.

Every Band/Artist has there Signiture tune. QUEEN - BO RHAP. Guns n Rose's NOVEMBER RAIN..... this is A Brian May Tune. It's a joy to play on guitar and very free.
