IT’s miracle wow 😮 Thank you Rhonda! The advice from this video exactly is what I did today. I work from home. Today my device was not working right so I made 4 mistakes it could sabotage my bonus for quarter 2. So I stopped working from 3pm. Great advice- I love to write in my journal am and pm . I reach for my book - and write down lots of things I deff don’t reach for my phone untill I’ve done what I want to do for myself / mind first . 🙏🙌

Hey Rhonda your like an angel love you so much!!!!! we are so lucky that we have someone like you guiding us how to reach our desire life. I have a question, I always struggle doing meditations , whatever meditation I do I find it difficult to do, even if its just simple breathing meditation (I've noticed my self that during meditation I'm checking if I'm doing them right, all the time and this is what lowers my energy and I stop doing meditation ), I'ts like I'm unconsciously affirming to my self that I'm bad at meditations. Is it possible to manifest being expert in meditations, If I refrase 10,000 times a day "I'm expert at meditations" will this help?

Meditation is interesting, and not for everyone. Whatever you do you want to feel good. Maybe break it up by sitting quietly and doing gratitude rampages. Find what feels right for you and remember you are the creator so you want to FEEL GOOD!

Hlo rhonda maam, could you help me with this question ❓❓❓ Everyone says that to attract something you need to think that you have that thing but in THE POWER of your book you have said that you need to feel better for that thing and it will come to you. Both! Thoughts are the mind, and they create the feelings. If you think about already having your desire that will bring the feelings of already having your desire. It is both! When you think of things you are grateful for you can also feel the gratitude in your body.
