Good but you can lower the budget replacing the RØDE mic by the Comiva VM10 II who have same form factor, good build quality and same audio quality as the RØDE. The best part is that the TRRS cable for the phone is included in the pack who also includes a dead cat and a standard windshield.

Tip with the Rode Video Micro: Check the front end of the mic... mine was a bit loose and the screen started rattling around a little... it doesn't sound nice in recordings. Tighten that thing down!

A budget friendly yet still quality gimbal from Zhiyun is $99, completely different from the $250 misinformation you gave. Getting a windstopper and mic takes it up to $150. The gimbal also comes with a tripod, meaning more opportunities. I'd prefer a gimbal tbh. You have much more options at your disposal and the quality of your videos get so much higher. Also no one likes watching shakey videos.
