I wasn't vegetarian when I was a kid but as I was growing, I started feeling guilty that indirectly I'm killing animals, so when I was 12-13 years old I turned vegetarian. Even now I'm changing myself more & more so that I can avoid being a harm to any animals in any way.

I totally get this lol 😂 you don't think much of it as a kid but as you grow older it just starts weighing upon you how an animal had to be killed just to entertain your taste buds

A better option would be to help raise awareness for the humane treatment of those animals before they are killed, because no matter what happens, animals will be bred to be killed. Large parts of the world will be non-vegetarian.
