Such a rollercoaster of an episode! You get the mission where you have the possibilty to recieve scentblock. Instead you ignore it and go and loot for almost half a hour. You get back and you are lucky it's the scentblock mission. You only have to kill a juggernaut to get all the other scentblock. You get a siege and since you wasted so much time looting, the mission timer fail and you don't get the additional scentblock..... You loot the weapon store and get lots of ammo. You blow up all of your cars. 2 people fully plagued after the siege. On foot you go and scavenge a repair kit and some fuel. Get a spare car and get your pilato back in action. Lucky to loot a plague cure! But you can only save one of your community members..... This must be one of the most intense State of Decay 2 episodes ever! It feels like it had a little bit of everything, haha 😂

2:01:48 0% fuel upon returning to base barking lot 2:32:30 happy moment only 1/8 gun store searched 2:57:06 sadness over losing the 3rd car since episode 3:11:00 so sad lost 2 survivors in a siege 3:44:43 found plague cure to save 1 survivor yay! 3:53:33 I could only save one of them

I can tell this is a new experience for you because I've noticed that a lot of stuff that you really don't do you're doing now and it's shocking you but technically you don't get shitt from breaking down's ruck sacks at all.

One of the issues I think you have is playing on Trumbull, it very rarely spawns enclaves as you have 5 built in enclaves (BB, Doc, Chavas, Ray & Tressie) with built in stories so random events do not happen> You need radio calls to get enclaves on Trumbull. If you had played another map it may have helped you

Definitely agree, not being able to call in enclaves is probably the most painful restriction - there's not really much of anything to spend influence on besides switching bases and outposts. On the note of outposts, really annoying to not be able to upgrade the command center. Nothing to spend influence on in this challenge, and you end up with a ton of materials you can't do much with as well :P That's what it's about though I guess, the struggle!

state of decay on your channel is and will always remain a game that will bear your name and that of a few other streamers. There are not many of you on SOD and you belong to the "interesting to follow" category. Here in Italy I have many friends who follow you, but when you're live, in Italy it's 1am. Continue what you do because we will continue to follow you overseas too!

Yeah that’s a great spot to hit I haven’t really looted marshal yet it’s kinda my last resort I need to get a leg up before relying on that area. Because once marshal is looted that’s pretty much the rest of the map

I was having a terrible day already...lol Eurhanise character made me cry. Such a sook today. Anyway, brilliant job on this horrendous challange. I would have caved & called a car in...or crafted something. I love the radio call ins!! Cracked up laughing at your stuck car. What a ripper!! How does that even happen?? BUT you did drive off a cliff...then ramrod the sedan in some frenzy trying to get it unstuck! Haha... too funny. Good job. Keep the content flowing. Nice job on ARK too!

Your end decision made me hope they include dynamic "euthanizations" in SOD3. If you don't have any guns yet, execute with crossbow, if no crossbow/crossbow ammo, combat knife. No bullets for anything but 50 cal? 50 cal to the head. Maybe even survivors requesting a certain way and you can choose to give them their wish or choose your own option.

Hey Brian, i tried your challange today! Let me tell you about my start: Rolled a Hygene Charakter and thought how lucky i am... First hour of my run gave me 2 big rucks 2 crossbows with plenty of bolts, 2 guns and a PLAQUE CURE!!! so much for the good stuff. I got a feral around every corner at least 10 ferals in that hour! I played the hygene character avoided a bloater with my car but got stuck in that action, bloater ran into my car, i jumped out half dead and infected and got jumped by a feral... first dead char my hygene 😭🤣

Damn that’s intense don’t give up though as long as you can recover your gear there is still a chance. But losing a hygiene survivor in this is brutal

I guess the hardest challenge of them all is this playthrough with the rules and then on Darkside... lol... I think this is almost impossible then.

Lol yeah there wouldn’t be enough loot to beat darkside you would have to keep rotating maps just to build up enough to clear one map of hearts. I don’t even know if I will have enough on this map to clear all the hearts.

Darkside Redux isn't really that bad tbh - cars are tanky as hell so repair kits go way farther. Still, won't be attempting this on DS:R - got what I wanted to out of that mod :) was fun while it lasted - and yeah Brian... I've been trying this myself, I think going as fast as possible is the way, but I can respect the crawl experience as well. This challenge lends itself to a speedier style, especially due to the heart awakening mechanic imo

@@Ryokishine That was my thought as well, focus down hearts in one area so it can be looted out fully, don't even go into the other areas before then lol. Might give it a try myself.

When u loot every area u should make a rule to be able to build better facilities that plague heart loot hurting u ngl 💀😅
