This game is very underrated if you're looking for a tactical shooter. Aside from some of the player mechanics, much better than Breakpoint... haha, heck, I forgot about Breakpoint once I started playing this again.

speaking for myself, i actually dont care for it when you disable all HUD, especially at nite, it looks like your running thru the woods in the dark just shooting, there's no context of whats going on

The game is so good I found it on gamepass and I can say this and far cry 5 are absolute gems …. Wildlands really went under the radar I forgot to play it when it came out and I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite games in a long time

I am pretty sure there is a way to set up multiple outfits for your character so you don't have to redo it from scratch every time you want to change camo. Just have one outfit set up for each biome.

In my opinion wildlands is 20 times better than breakpoint especially once you get 3 more guys to roll with that you all just click and can roll thru missions and cover each others back while having good comms for team work and no hud makes comms with teamates more of a necessity and way more satisfying

Just think pulling off a 4 man sync shot with your battle buddies or rolling thru missions with 1 over watch sniper and 3 guys rolling thru a base stealth eliminating all enemies and when the 3 get into a tight spot over watch pops the guy who almost raised the alarm sooooo much more fun and immersive and satisfying but yall cant go full blown larp bs like arma still gotta just have fun with it 😉

Idk i will say breakpoint has imo the smoother gameplay and more tactical options but overall story and lore wise wildlands is better

Love this game and glad you are continuing with it, I am just getting into breakpoint and so far I feel like Wildlands is the better game. Breakpoint gets a pass for having Jon Bernthal in it though, guy is a legend! I Like the new character customisation you went with. I think you should customise the AI operatives too, so they look less like CIA rejects and more like Ghost Recon soldiers.

I could play the Division 1&2 no more so I bought Breakpoint and Wildlands just before the PS Plus new tier levels went into effect $35 for both games. We Beat Breakpoint and my team is halfway through Wildlands. I like Wildlands better, I thought breakpoint was FANTASTIC.

Breakpoint is really good, you have to go into it understanding that it isn’t Wildlands part 2. I think folks did that and became disappointed.

No they were disappointed because it was crap and took monetization to the next level of ridiculousness. So bad in fact that Ubisoft picked it to be the guinea pig for their Ubisoft Quartz NFT idea. Needless to say it didn't end well but they had nothing to lose as they'd already borked the game anyway.

Ya i got it thinking it was gonna be a wildlands 2.0 ended up being a negative 8.0 but some people love it i tried it hoping i was gonna eventually love it and ended up pissed off and left for skyrim and ark for awhile

One thing I remembered about part 1 is that you gained a lot of exp from scouting and IDing targets. Is all that just gone now, and you'll level up slower? does anyone have a steam version of this game and is still working?

I've got more than 100 hours on steam.... and no issues. Made it to Level 30, and now at Tier 45. I won't go lower than 45. The enemies get way too difficult to kill, and they swarm you and practically one-shot kill you. That level of difficulty ruins the fun of the game.

You can get the same feeling while the minimap is on. Plus how is "pausing" the game just to look at the map so you can find where you're going any better?

Nice vids. Are you done and done with this game or do you still play or still got things to do in it? I have tried many weapons in the game but settled on the BFG 50 or 50A for the sniper rifle and the Spec Op's SOCOM assault rifle. I forget the pistol. The BFG has heavy bullet drop but I got used to it. Big ol Anti-Material rifle. The SOCOM gun looks big, bulky, and weird but actually handles pretty well. It is the same experimental gun in Splinter Cell that Sam used.

Playing without mini map ruins this game. The game is designed with these things in mind. You can’t be a ghost when you can’t take all information into consideration. Not to mention the Ghosts have futuristic technology, thinking they wouldn’t have some sort of hud that can track enemy movement and motion but can go invisible seems silly to me. You can mark weapon parts, quest markers appear, which according to the extreme difficulty logic you wouldn’t see, but it’s there.
