Whenever you call in a RT agent and they don't have the skill you are looking for quit the game while they are still there and it will spawn a different RT agent when you get back in the game and repeat until you get your desired fifth skill

1- upgrade your comcenter to level3. 2- must have network com antenna . 3- must have a programming skill or hacking . 4- must have a hero trait "crowdsourcing" if all good than you should have 8 slots on the outpost ...that is it

The hacker is the only operator I ever bother with. By the way, I dont know how unlikely it really is, what percent chance I mean but I actually found a satellite booster dish on one of my playthroughs. A base mod find while in green zone. Your people occasionally find gear or guns or mods when your morale is up. Otherwise, as you said, only network traders. This is a mod along with reference books that I always make sure someone is carrying into legacy.

You can get signal boosters in trumble valley. You have to search houses in Trumbull valley. And if you are lucky you can get it outside the valley too.

I DEFINITELY like when you call for a Red Talon Operator, & spend 2,750 prestige points, you can get a FULL refund if they don’t have the hacking skill or whatever skill your after!! Just check them out when you get to their location & see if they have the skill your after, if they do, recruit them, if NOT, you can choose to change your mind, tell’em to kick rocks & get gone & you get your FULL 2,750 prestige points back to try agin! The only downside is having to wait for the 45 minute cooldown so you can try agin… Still beats the hell outta having to play daybreak over & over agin for who knows how long to try & build another 2,750 prestige points back up though!!

A way to bypass the 45 min CD is when you look at there skill and it’s not what you want just exit to then main menu don’t dismiss them or anything just leave to the menu and when you come back in the mission will respawn and calls in a whole new RT and you can keep repeating this over and over again

crowd sourcing is the most difficult trait to get in the base game I only got it by luck just tow times that I can remember and the other on is the super red talon operative

I had connected Operator 5 times. I got 3 times logistic and 2 times food search as fifth skill. You must wait 35 minutes after you called operator. I have 9 members but Maximum is 10. You know how to make a bigger crew with 12 or 14 members? And how to get 'Hacking' operator?

I just started playing this game and its infuriating how bad this small community gaslights people into saying the game is easy. Play Daybreak and beat it. Then you go to your campaign gameplay. Press the bottom where is show you your skill go to the Radio and press Daybreak and you should see it there.

All red talons have 5th skills and there’s no way to teach hacking it has to come on the RT when you recruit him.

I just moved to this map and I’m still setting up my base lol I had over 240 when I got here. When you move maps all the stuff you build 100% refunds and you get back all your materials

I’m suppose to be making three materials a day.. and losing like one med a day instead I’m gaining no materials and loseing two meds so unfair that I’m encountering this..

helpful tips>>> hero trait "medical reference" gives you 2 meds \day hero trait "ammo wish list" gives 1 ammo\day hero trait "nose to tail " gives 1 food\day hero trait "siphoning system" gives 1 fuel \day 5th skill "recycling" gives 2 material\day+parts 5th skill "fishing" gives 2 food\day 5th skill "lichenology " gives 2 meds\day ......that is some of the things i found out and there is more ...i hope i didnt spoil the game for you..

You can get 8 with hero bonus Crowdsourcing if you lucky to get or mod it

@@BrianMenard Unless they have changed it, 'Crowdsourcing' is a hero specific bonus in Heartland (to replace Hacking I'd guess, since you can't recruit Red Talon operatives). It stacks with Hacking if you mod a character to have it, but you can't find it randomly in the world.
