It is %100 true to wear a helmet! I’m not a parent nor an adult but my younger cousin recently fell off her bike with NO helmet and was taken to the hospital with stitches in her mouth and 2 spots on her head. We will be wearing helmets now! (She is 6 and she is perfectly fine now!!)
