I’m Australian and like Vegemite. Vegemite may be pretty salty but if put a little bit of it on an olsar it will help it (it can sting a little but it’s worth it) also to answer your question “what is vegemite made out of?” This is what google says it’s made out of ‘Vegemite is created from leftover brewers' yeast extract, a byproduct of beer manufacturing.
