Por otro lado comentar que la oficina me parece espectacular, una pasada, y una pena que esté vacía, los efectos de trabajar desde casa, actualmente trabajo 100% desde casa porque vivo en un sitio al lado de la playa y el trabajo está en la capital del país, que opinas sobre esto? En mis circunstancias buscarías alquilar una oficina y adecuarla para que se vea genial y motivarte mas? O por otro lado seguir 100% desde casa? Espero tu opinión y una vez más gracias por tu trabajo, excelente. Un abrazo!

¡Gracias por el comentario, amigo! Sí, ese tema siempre me llama la atención. Ahora mismo, nuestra empresa está tomando un modelo híbrido. Así que la mitad del tiempo en la oficina y la otra mitad en casa, y hasta ahora me gusta mucho el ritmo de eso. Porque WFH es súper conveniente, pero también trabajar en la oficina también puede ser súper productivo y un poco motivador (especialmente con las vistas, jaja). Así que estoy agradecido de tener ese medio feliz ahora mismo. Sin embargo, trabajar con vistas a la playa suena bien 🏝😅

In my experience Ruby on Rails is amazing for in-house development, if it's not number crunching app. You can deliver at speeds that almost not achievable by any other framework.

You should see my life as a software engineer in a startup. I need to wear so many hats. I am a Developer, Tester, DevOps, Technical Writer and IT. I always laugh out loud about those guys who show off in "A day in the life as...". It's RIDICULOUS! The only way to be an excellent software engineer is to work hard, get out of your comfort zone (learn new things) and take any opportunities present (take new challenges and risks) without kissing your superior asses or step on your coworker's toes. I got promoted in one year doing that and had a lot of respects from my peers and the CEO.
