Nope, sorry Basketball is American Sport. Nobody cares about Basketball in other countries. Kobes death was on the news but people barely knew what he looked like in Europe, south America, Africa, Asia. We play Football and are only vaguely familiar with a Basketball player. So his death didn't hit at all. Just like people we're only vaguely familiar with nip. I remembered him as Snoop dogg lookalike from 15 yrs ago, when people worldwide were looking for the next westcoast star like crazy.
