List of Error codes are below:
E06 = Battery voltage too low
E07 = Motor Failure (check cable connections)
E08 = Throttle Failure - Check cable connection then replace throttle
E09 - Controller Failure = Check controller connections then replace controller
E10 = Communication reception Error - check connections, clean and reconnect.
E11 = Communication sending Error - check connection then replace controller or display

Can it get past 30 mph? Because I heard it can go 40-45mph

No 30mph is max. 48v bikes only go 32-33mph. To go 40-45 you would need a 60v bike

I have tamo v20 stuck in 3rd gear at15mph I tried it would go up to 45 one time and I didn’t save it right and now it won’t go above 40 km/h

The m5 works with many but the issues is the controllers not standardized so you are better off buying a controller and display screen as a pair to ensure everything works properly

so my fatbike v20 only goes 25km and to boost it to 45/48km i need 03 to get to the code screen so i can boost it do u know how i can unlock 03 since its locked for me

How does the cruise control works?

If activated you hold throttle at constant speed for 2-3 seconds and the speed will stay constant and you can let go of throttle. Pull of brake lever shuts it off

Hi, I have the V20 Pro (received today). Initially, the PAS went to 5, but now it only goes to PAS3 because I changed something in advanced setting 04 (it is now 025). What is the correct setting for advance setting 04? Can anyone assist?

Error code 40 is motor issue. Try disconnecting the motor cable and reconnecting. The connector is in the back between the motor and pedals

make sure tire pressure is 19-21 psi as it makes big difference in range, Also colder temperature will diminish range
