The website for Brick & Flour states that their trademark is "Authentically Inauthentic" -- their own twist on authentic Mexican fare. 😉 The cilantro avocado aioli on the Carne Asade Fries and Nachos sounds yummy 😋. I'm drooling. The avocado tartar aioli on the Fish Tacos is also a clever idea. LOOKS LIKE HEAVEN! Wondering if you might check out "Egg Tuck"? Magic Mikey has gone there and LOVES it.
