Felt like they needed to limit their autographs to 2 or 3 pieces, 6 is criminal for those waiting to see them, waited for over an hour and the line barely moved so I said forget it

I agree!! My daughter for weeks had talked about Zach and got me up to speed on him and his work. She was nervous about meeting him and we walked around hoping to just say hi and I'm a fan not even to sign merchandise and she was so disappointed after waiting for a hour and still not even close to seeing him. We learned a lesson that day!
