Thanks for the tutorial, very helpful. What do you do with the tail? and what chain do you use for the hanging element? Please let me know...I have a hard time finding the right chain to link....again thanks a lot.
@SeedBeadBliss
@SeedBeadBliss 7 ай бұрын
I take the tail through several beads and cut it. I prefer rolo chain-I think it makes the best shape.

Hi Leslie!! I made one of your earrings last night and I love it! Could you tell me where do I find those little chain link pieces that you add at the end to attach to the earring component? I’ve been looking and can’t find them. Thank you! Joyfully, Valerie
@SeedBeadBliss
@SeedBeadBliss 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Valerie! I buy chain and cut it to have closed links. My favorite type is rolo chain, but any round links will do. Good luck!

These are beautiful! Will try making it. I have lots of rice beads but don't know what to do with them. I'm curious about the wire/thread you use though. What are the options to use as "thread"?
@SeedBeadBliss
@SeedBeadBliss 6 жыл бұрын
I have used various threads for this, but experience shows that you want to keep things fairly stiff so the piece doesn't bend in your hand. A monofilament is probably best, but a doubled thread will also work.

Would this design work with Rondelles in place of the bicones? Or a combination or bicones and rondelles?
@SeedBeadBliss
@SeedBeadBliss 7 жыл бұрын
Why not? You will know right away when you start brick stitching them in whether they will fit in or not. And you can always adjust the spacing to create a slightly different shape if needed. Good luck!

@SeedBeadBliss

I don't have a specific size, and actually use 3-4 different ones--usually buy it in NY when I am there. I do prefer a rolo chain, however. It does make a professional finish.

Hi, is beautifull... But, i don have celicas... Can i use seed beads?
@SeedBeadBliss
@SeedBeadBliss 7 жыл бұрын
You can use seed beads for sure! I'm not sure how many it will take to go around an 8mm bead--you will just have to see and divide the bicones up from there. Good luck!
