The white haired lady in black is "Magpie" from "The Riddler Riddle Racer" - 70903. Another minifig from that set is the "Kite man" (green torso, yellow helmet with red visor).

there is other way to loosen helmets from heads, put thin like say toilet roll over neck of mini fig torso (like 1 layer) , then put akward head on that neck as thin paper helps hold head on neck better so pull off helmet/mask piece. As i got figure where mask gets stuck on head but i get off by 1 thin layer of toilet roll on neck also if that makes sense.

We all get tricked by boot Lego but I call it fake o's. It's all part of the hunt finding the good stuff. I give all the fake o's to my future wife (getting married tomorrow) for her pre k class she teaches. Great score of minifigs. Someday would love to see you do a count on all the minifigs you have total.

That figure that you guys said looked like Saw was actually Puppet from Five Night's at Freddy's, and that figure comes from McFarland Toys. They made FNAF Construction Sets that go for a lot of money now, That puppet goes for around 40$ so if you find anymore keep them they are rare.

My grandson has all the five nights of Freddy ones. I told him he could have the building sets because I won't let him play the game or watch the KZbin videos. He liked the compromise.
