Love your videos! There were some drawers you mentioned that you couldn't reach due to how they were positioned. You could use the empty drawers for sorting rather than have them sit unused.

Whats your opinion on mixing lots in the same drawer (like David West) vs a single lot per divider?

I have always divided New Part lots by dividers. When comes to used I will combine many lots in one drawer without a divider unless high quantity of same piece and takes more than 50% of a drawers space.

Too much time commitment to a store. I have nearly zero overhead cost to doing this in basement as far as renting property goes etc. It would be nice to open a store but after kids grown I will visit this thought again.
