The Parisian street is perfect for in front of that new hidden courtyard you made when re-arranging to place the new train station. It has a walk through between the buildings and is a corner building. It might be a perfect fit and make the height difference with the train station not so aggressive.

I think the Bricklink Paris street would go REALLY well in the front of the city that you recently changed. Especially since it has two walkthroughs to get to the hidden park you wanted to make.

Super dope Speed Champions backlog. I recently got the SC Lambo Countach and the Pagani Utopia last week and the AMG G-Wagon 2-pack for my birthday back in late October. I'm torn on the new F1 cars because the Red Bull & Kick ones interest me but I don't have a lot of space left on my Speed Champions section of my shelf. Yes I got my first shelf display unit built and organized so hopefully for 2025 I can play catch up and get the Avengers Tower and start the creation of my Marvel/Comic & Superhero City.

I like your new rail way station. A;ex Nunes added an outdoor restaurant to it. I was thinking that if your reversed the restaurant and news stand it would fit better in the space. Who cares about the wall of the news room and we can't see the restaurant which looks kind of cool. With the expansion of an outdoor area, it would also fill the space toward the walk. Just remember what ever you do, it looks fantastic.

My flowers did not come in paper bags. As a matter of fact, none of my newer sets have so far. I think you can reuse those paper bags and make gift wrapping.

I think you may have the mainsail on the endurance upside down… I’ve just built my big Santa with my kids after a couple of years of low key brick buying - it’s a lot bigger than I anticipated 😊 I like the idea of a racetrack - you could make it using the littler city F1 cars so wouldn’t need to be as big maybe?

5:20 I haven't personally opened a set yet with paper bags, but I did recently receive the Super Mario World Mario & Yoshi set, so I wonder if they have the paper bags. With the plastic, I did like how I could easily look at the pieces inside, but they do indeed take up more room/make more a mess. With paper, as you showed, them standing upright is cool, and since they're paper I can chuck them into the fire pit once things get colder where I'm at in a few months like I do with the many cardboard boxes we end up with over time (we have quite the pile already and it's not even summer yet (just a few more days)).

Shakleton GWP minifigs and set have no stickers, and all parts are available on PAB, if you Really want the mini, the main fig is in Olivanders wand shop, and the fancy guy is a Bruce Wayne torso also used elsewhere. Which I like, because if I don't want the set now, I'm not missing out on some fomo exclusive, and can suplement it later, unlike Felbeast or the Lightsabers. I'd really love if lego just made all GWP's time limited, and then just put it as a button to add to a pab cart, even if its 2x the normal price for exclusive parts. But do like all your displays, something to aspire to, everything looks much cleaner. I think the Parisian street pairs well with the new train station instead of the hospital!

This doesn’t happen often, but I disagree Bricksie. I think the speed champions would look amazing in the city. The sizing is more minifig scale. They add some realism to the cars of the city. Plus aren’t your roads widened from normal lego road? They would look awesome rolling down the city streets!

I have heard you mention a few times that you toss your empty boxes out. Have you considered giving them to your buddies that have used Lego stores for them to reuse for the sets they get in. It may increase their value as complete sets. Maybe you could swap them for store credit. Reduce reuse recycle. I’m sure you have thought of this already. But I just have to ask. Thanks

I almost ordered the Gotham skyline set over double points, but I went with the Orient Express instead. I don't regret it at all since the next double points. My mom and I are going to the Lego store, and I am getting the Gotham skyline set . Then, I am going to use my $400 in points for the rumored Arkham asylum set since I will have enough for it for free. My bedroom will be done, and part of my city might finally get started as well.

There are lots of sets included that I've seen on shelves already, most don't really interest me. I do like the Parisian Street though, it is such a nice change from modern modulars that have all kinds of coloring on the outside. This actually has a very cohesive colorscheme all throughout the entire street, which is something that should be done more often. Real streets also have this. And while having more colors of buildings contrast against eachother sure looks pittoresque, it does seem too haphazard and less unified as a whole. Looking at the BDP sets, I found that this one goes for slightly under 300 euros, or around 325 USD / 444 CAD at the cheapest, ouch. For that money, I think I'd rather build my own design and have much more pieces to work with. Appreciate the overview, but due to lack of time I skipped over the ones I've already known and seen many times, sorry about that.

It's been 4 years since lego has announced the switch to paper-based bags and they have yet to make the switch in any products I have bought, seems like a pr stunt... Also, many other creators have shown the bags still contain a plastic layer which does not make them recyclable. @bricksie please be more open and transparent when peddling the @lego PR

Paper bags are out and about in Europe, which is where Lan members sets are shipped from... the Mexico factory which builds sets for North America doesn't have paper bags yet... hopefully someday!!
